NWT Vintage 90s Upbeat Babydoll Dress Mini Halter Velvet Empire Waist Size 9

New with tags vintage 1990s Upbeat mini dress. Babydool/empire waist. Black velvet bodice, halter top with clasp closure at neck. Floral/3D flower embellishment at waist. Cream/ivory flowy skirt, lined. Zip up back. Dress is new with tags but does have some light wear. It's difficult to see in pictures but the velvet area along the neck has lightened to more of a dark red/purple color. Please see all photos. Dress is perfect for formal events, cocktail parties, date night and school dances like homecoming and prom.
