Vintage blue,tan,and black Betsey Johnson dress. Side zipper. No pockets. The fabric is soft and thick and fully lined-see video in pics. The fabric tag is very faded-looks like polyester,viscose, & can't make out the last one(pic also provided). There are no belt loops but the belt stays in place well.
