erindrawls @cassieshanesy Hi, I’ll be back home tomorrow morning so I can get you those measurements. As in the stretch, yes, it measures 23 inches fully stretched. Thanks for the heads up about the mistake on the size. It’s definitely a large (see pics), but the hour was late when I posted this listing so the mistake got past my editing.
