NWT Target Xhilaration Crochet Shibori Maxi Dress

The lower half of the maxi is wrinkled, but the shibori pattern also gives the appearance of wrinkling. Top half of the maxi is lined. Crochet top is lined but not padded. Dress fits like a true XS. (But I could not wear with a 32D chest. If you are that size bust and are interested, this could still work as a bathing suit coverup.) Adjustable spaghetti straps. Crochet top: 60% cotton, 40% acrylic. Skirt: 100% rayon. Lining: 100% polyester. This would be great for a festival!
