The Appraisal of Real Estate Book 4th Edition for UBC's BUSI 330 course

The Appraisal of Real Estate, Fourth Canadian Edition. Bought UBC's The Appraisal of Real Estate 4th edition in Aug'25 for fall'25 BUSI 330, and antipated using it again for subsequent courses as several of the chapters in the book are used in other UBC AIC courses! But I received a non-related job opportunity I couldn't pass up, so I withdrew from the AIC program completely, and thus won't be needing the text! Note 1: The book was almost 3" thick, and weighed so much my arm hurt reading it lol - so I had it separated into 6 smaller booklets, and coil bound (at a cost of ~$50 +tax) making it way easier to read and hold!! :) *see pics Note 2: The first several chapters (2 booklets) have pencil underlining, but the rest of the booklets (latter 4 booklets) are basically bland new :) So the cost of the book brand new was $149+tx, plus coil binding (~$50 +tx) = I paid over $220 this past Sep'25, and now it can be yours for less than half the cost! :)
