This is labeled as a 3x, but I am labeling the ad as a 2x as I think it runs small. Internal tie strings to help keep it secure. My mannequin is a 14/16. Measures about 26 inches from pit to pit and about 56 inches from collar to bottom hem. Smoke and pet free.
