Black Polka Dot Midi Dress

Retro black and white polka dot dress. There is no label; I think it was recycled/redesigned from another vintage dress. The waist is elastic so there’s lots of room for flexibility in sizing on this dress. The skirt is lined with black fabric but top is sheer so I usually wore it with a tank underneath. Buttons up the back. The ties at the waist are detachable with buttons. Feel free to offer or bundle! I’m purging my closet
