Reposhing this item I purchased from @dani_rue. Prob from the late 90s/early 2000s; in great preloved VTG condition. Features a back zipper w/ nylon lining. Only callouts are the minor spots shown in last two pics. Any creasing and/or hanger indentations are from storage. US women's size 6, but vintage sizing runs small, so please use caution. Approx measurements laying flat:
