Neumann Endler Vintage 100% Wool Green Felt Hat with Red Feather

Neumann Endler Vintage 100% Wool Green Felt Hat with Red Feather - Gently used. There are a few white spots under the feather area. They are not stains but like some gunk of some sort on the fabric, I gave them a wipe with a wet cloth and was able to remove some but not all, and didn't want to damage the fabric. Otherwise no flaws to note Not fully sure which direction it's supposed to be worn but I've provided a mannequin photo There is no size
