Vintage hobnail around rim milk glass flower vase ring fire milk glass bud vase

Vintage, white milk glass, flower vase, with hobnail detail on top rim, that has a scalloped edge, and has the 'ring of fire' (in pics) from the 1960's. This is not a brand new item, it is from years past, even though it is in excellent condition, it is not new. Measures 8.5" tall. There aren't any maker's marks on this item.
