Features a v neck, attached rhinestone brooch, and beautiful draped pleating. Back zipper entry. Fabric Content- Unknown. Condition- Has some staining on the left side of the skirt, missing some rhinestones on the brooch. A few minor snags, mainly by the bust. A small stain on the upper left.
