Fit and Flare Black Sleeveless Dress

This elegant, fit and flare black sleeveless dress is perfect for any occasion. Has a small mark on back (see photo). I don’t think it’s a snag, but more like a small indent. Worn once to a wedding. Very thick material and stretchy, but cool because of smooth scuba material. Very pretty laser cut-out detail on bottom. Size 8.
