Vintage Art Deco Black Enamel & Gold Stick Pin

The pin head features a geometric, shield, or teardrop-like shape with black enamel and gold-tone abstract/geometric designs. The Art Deco period (1920s-1930s) was known for introducing geometric shapes and striking symmetry in jewelry. Stick pins were traditionally used to secure men's cravats or neckties and later became popular as lapel ornaments for both men and women, or to adorn hats and scarves. Measures 1” x 4” and is in excellent condition.
