Elegant Navy Blue Strapless Dress

This dress was worn one time. Just picked it up from the dry cleaners. Size medium. It is a rich dark blue color. There is a tiny, tiny snag in the material on the front of the dress. It is not noticeable, but I tried to capture it in the last picture.
