Four velcro closure pockets, three open pockets and one zipper pocket, all on front side of vest. Two open, expandable pockets on lower back. Two open slits for ventilation on middle back. Snap strap on each side to adjust size. Interior has two large pockets, one open slot on back and one with a velcro closure on left interior. Like new, excellent condition. Only worn a few times in the house to carry items when on crutches. Size Medium. Approximate measurements when laying flat: pit to pit: 22" length from top of shoulder to hem: 28"
