Torrid Cream Eyelet Sleeve Blouse

Elegant white blouse with eyelet sleeves. Soft and flowy. Ideal for everyday style. There is some discoloration around the collar, (see pictures). Although the shirt itself has never been worn, it was hanging in the back of the closet for a while. I ran it through the wash but it did not remove everything. I did not use stain remover or bleach and decided against more aggressive cleaning methods.
