Two beautiful Mayolica pieces from Mexico. The pieces are so beautiful. There are no chips or cracks. The height of the jar with lid is 17" tall. The large platter is 17" across and 14" tall. Mayolica Santa Rosa Platter & Jar is produced in Guanajuato Mexico in accords with ancient tradition. All pieces are hand sculpted on a pottery wheel, burned twice and hand decorated, In the traditional fruit motif as on this piece. It is recommended this artwork be displayed and not used for food. There are preset holes on the back for wall hanging. Very Good to Excellent Condition. No chips or cracks
