LIHLI Ribbon Bedecked Cardigan 

This is a way high-end designer vintage grandma cardigan sweater. It has a clasp at the neck. Former New York designer Lihli made clothes for the well-heeled matrons of NYC. This sweater is in great shape. A couple of snags but obviously well cared for. There is a marking on the tag as well. The bows are immaculate. So playful and colorful!
