I'm not sure if the skirt is intentionally faded and worn or if it actually is a bit worn. The inside fabric lining is very vibrant but the exterior looks worn. Please see photos! Price reduced for this reason. Approx measurements - Waist laid flat: 16". Length: 31". Elastic feels ok but it looks like it runs large.
