Vintage Lip Service Polka Dot Halter Dress Size Small There is nothing cuter than this dress! Velvet tie halter top with full skirt attached. Side zip top with full skirt tulle and layered underneath. Condition is good given its age. There is some small spotting on back of lower skirt (but actually not so easy to see when wearing, the dots distract see pics) and the same mark on one of the straps (but when tied goes away). For it's age, its FANTASTIC and so fun. No one will have this adorable and fun dress. Everybody do your thing, everybody get up dance and sing!!!
