Great knee high rainboots from Joules a British company that makes wonderful boots for heavy weather. I bought these brand new in 2016 and though they are used they have a lot of life left in them. I just don't wear them anymore. They go up to your knee so you don't have to worry about backsplashes when you're walking. Easy to tuck your pants into. Completely waterproof with a small heel. I used a memory foam insert with them all the time.. They are used as I stated but have a lot of life left in them.
