Vintage Horse Tack Bridle Headstall Breast Collar Blue Velvet Tassels

Vintage Blue Velvet Horse Tack Parts The one item could be a bridle or headstall. The other part could be a breast collar. I don't know if it is for ponies, horses or donkeys. It is possibly antique as it looks and feels quite old. Used vintage condition with obvious wear from use and age. I think there is a buckle and or strap missing from the larger piece ( breast collar?). The metal is rusty. The glue on the backing material is coming undone. There may be pieces missing.
