Universal thread slip on flats pointed toe used in good condition size 9.5-10

Universal thread slip on flats used in good condition says 9 1/2 but I put them on and there is still some room on my heel so possibly a size 10 there is a spot that looks like it has a loose thread, but nothing damaging.
