Sea Theodora Red Paisley Puff Sleeve Blouse

Elegant red blouse with paisley pattern. Features puff sleeves and square neckline. The top features crochet detail on the front with a quilted panel. The back elastic and tie provides a flexible fit. This garment is from rent the runway and so has seen some wear. It was cleaned and repaired between uses and all the elastic has been newly replaced. I would describe this as being in 8/10 good used condition. This is a size xs and the lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 18 in sleeve length 17 in waist 15 in total length 20 in.
