Luba Paris Red Pea Coat vintage

Luba Paris red pea coat, made in Canada, vintage, has been dry cleaned. No tags indicating material composition, but this looks and feels like wool, and the lining is a beautiful red satin that is probably polyester. Measurements Shoulder to shoulder 17” Pit to pit 20.5” Length 31” Sleeve length from top of shoulder 21” Please note that the sleeve length on this piece is a bit shorter at 21”, most of my sleeves are closer to 23-25” and the sleeves on this coat feel short for me, I am 5’6”. There is also no tag with a size on it, so I wonder if this was custom made for somebody. I would guess it’s a size 14-16.
