Stay dry with this vibrant yellow PVC & polyester raincoat with navy blue buttons and comfortable corduroy neckline. Perfect for wet weather days, it offers both comfort and protection. Kept in my trunk for wet weather emergencies. I have washed & line dried a couple of times, thus the wear to label. These were constructed with air flow holes under arm pits and in shell. there are a few scuffs from being stored with my emergency kit and a hood that has never been worn. It does smell like PVC vinyl. It's a genuine raincoat.
