This is a Bath & Body Works Crystal Tree Wallflower Fragrance Plug-in Night Light.  It is an iridescent, crystalline Christmas tree design that glows with an LED light.  The plug-in is designed to waft fragrance into a room when paired with a Wallflowers fragrance refill (sold separately).  It can also function as a nightlight, glowing continuously when plugged in.
