Vintage 1980s Black Wool Crepe Suit Herbert Grossman by Cynthia Sobel USA 14

Lovely vintage woman's black crepe suit by Cynthia Sobel for Herbert Grossman sold under the Rizik's boutique label in Washington, DC. Riziks was like a boutique Saks Fifth Avenue where Sobel's designs with Grossman were also sold. Their suits were known for their high quality materials and this one does not disappoint in that regard. The skirt is a lovely lined A-line with magnificent drape. The waist measures 31" and the length is 27". The blazer, jacket top measures 40" across the chest, the sleeves are 21.5" long and the shoulder to hem measure a little over 21" long.
