Elegant sleeveless maxi dress by Dress the Population. Rich burgundy color. Perfect for formal events - you could wear to a wedding or to a holiday party for work. There is a slit on the right side - very elegant - not too high. The underside of the back of the dress has a little wear and tear from wearing to the 1 event I wore this to. It is really just the hem and you could trim the fringe or do a few stitches. It is not noticeable when you wear the dress as it is underneath. Price has been adjusted to reflect this.
