Express Strapless Dress with Floral Print

Colors are a black background with an almost neon colored print of flowers and leaves in various shades of pink, red, white, blue, green and gray. The dress is completely strapless and has an adhesive line at the top to keep it in place. It has a smocked back giving it some stretch. That section will stretch out to 12 inches.
