Vintage 1960s Black Velvet Maxi Dress Metallic Gold & Red Ribbon Trim Size Small

Sleeveless black velvet maxi dress from the 60s with metallic gold and red ribbon trim. It zips up the back as well as between the 2 pieces of ribbon down the rront. You can unzip the front zipper up to the waist. You could wear it unzipped with shorts, bloomers, or pants underneath. I think there were probably coordinating bottoms sold by the manufacturer as well. Brand - Unknown, no brand label Size - Labeled Size 9, approximately a modern Small but the bust is slightly bigger than a typical small so please check all measurements to ensure fit Chest - 18" pit to pit High Waist - 13.5" across Hips - approximately 18.75" across Length - 55.25", 14" bodice Condition - There are some minor "scuffs/folds/scratches" in the velvet which you see in pretty much all vintage velvet items. I steamed it from the backside and it smoothed most of it out. I don't see any holes or stains.
