They say clarity is a state of mind. It's also a lens technology. Either way, neither of those statements factored into why I bought these goggles. As a snowboarding newbie, I bought based on obnoxious color choices, without realizing specific tints enhance visibility based on the light conditions out on the mountain. I thought red would indicate my aggression and recklessness, and on Wednesdays I would wear pink. I've since gotten wiser, and older, and tragically less geographically situated near my beloved Big Bear and Lake Tahoe.
