Express Black and White Floral Romper

Colors are a black background with a white floral pattern. Romper has cute adjustable tie sleeves that match the adjustable tie in the center of the back. There is a zipper at the top of the bottom of the shorts as well as a hook and loop. To use the hook, you’ll need to not zip the zipper all the way to the top. That way you have a little flexibility to fully close the bottoms. Romper does have pockets. Material does not have any stretch. Measurements are included.🖤 sold as pictured.
