Items are pre-owned and in good condition. Robe has no stains, tears or holes. Pants have some wash wear and some fraying around the waist line & pockets as shown in last picture. The color is still vivid on both. Smoke free environment. The robe is comfy in a poly-flannel material with embroidered characters from the movie Cars and with slash pockets. Pants are more of a cargo style with quite a few pockets & embroidery. Robe chest measures 16" x shoulder to hem measures 33". Pants measure 24 x 23.
