1970’s polyester women’s shirt with early 19th C sketch Tara Gone with the Wind

This is 100% polyester with no staining or flaws It is more than likely from the 1970s looking at the collar The tax says size 1314 made in USA, but it has no label The design shows women in gone with the wind style dresses and I think this depicts Tara Some of the buildings on the fabric are upside down. It’s definitely pretty cool. It might even be earlier than the 70s. Total length is 25 inches Bust approximately 38 to 40 inches The sleeve measured from the pit to the cuff is 17 inches
