it says elastic waist? im trying to manifest this fitting me lol. Would you say this is a big size 4 or a tiny 4?

@bonesawak9 lol I actually have the measurements of the item laid flat & straight across towards the bottom. However, elastic stretches so the waist measurement is more of a “minimum” waist size it would fit 😉
