Anthropologie White Floral Maxi Dress removable straps, voluminous skirt

This is a new with tags Anthropologie women's maxi dress featuring a vibrant floral print on an ivory background. The dress has adjustable spaghetti straps and a tiered skirt with a ruffled detail. The fabric is 86% viscose and 14% polyamide, with a 100% viscose lining. Visible measurements indicate a bust width of approximately 17 inches; stretched flat measurement is 19” and a length from the top of the bust to the hem of about 48 inches. The care tag specifies machine wash cold gentle. It is marked XS, but since the only measurement is the elastic around pits; it can fit various sizes. Chest measurements up to 40” should be able to wear this. It can also be worn as a maxi skirt if you are taller or wear heels. Fits extra small, small medium large. Double check the measurements to be sure you fit.
