Merrell air cushion leather black shoes

Merrell air cushion black leather shoes. Don’t know if the leather is real or not. Size 10.5 woman’s. On the right shoe there is a peace torn off on the rubber heel but I don’t see a hole ( see pictures). Other than that, these shoes are still in wearable condition
