This jacket is in overall good condition but there are two flaws. The jacket will not zip up all the way because a small part of the zipper is missing. The photos show how high it can be zipped. The other flaw is that it does have a mark on the back of the neck which may come out with good cleaning. Otherwise good condition. Measurments are below.
