Vintage Black and white striped Joseph Ribkoff dress with button-up front and shoulder pads glamour. This dress is really well made and has buttons on the inside as well as the outside for modesty purposes. It also has a modesty panel in the chest and snaps as well as buttons to keep it closed there is some discoloration on the collar. I’m sure it will come out, but I have not had this dress dry cleaned.
