Knee length vtg black skirt with embroidered flower in pink and green and pink ribbon tie waist. Made in the USA. Not sure if this is 90s or Y2k - leaning towards Y2K. 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors. I am most comfy in size 6-8 dresses.
