BCBG Ruffle Halter Floral A-line Dress Sz. XS/S

Cute halter style with a peekaboo neck. Fully kined with a sheer overlay. This is an XXS but this brand must run large. My dress firm is a 4/6 and it fits fine. The bust measures 17" flat and it flows out from there with the overall length being 33.5".
