Portugal Black vase

This is a black Portugal vase was made in Portugal. I don’t know much about it. It was bought on a trip years and years ago. It’s got pretty cut out. It’s heavy. It’s 9 1/2 inches tall ask any questions you might have I don’t think other than me looking at it and explaining it, I don’t know anything else I don’t know any other information I can give.
