H&M Black Skirt with Vibrant Floral Embroidery

Elegant black A-line skirt. Adorned with vibrant embroidered floral patterns. Really beautiful and fun to wear. Waist is about 12" flat, and the length is 25" for the underskirt and 27" with the mesh overskirt. It says US4 but fits more like a 2 at most I think.
