Fair condition and needs a little TLC. There are some dark (oil?) stains on the front that did not come out with normal laundering (3rd to last photo). The seam on the butt toward the crotch could use some reinforcement stitching (2nd to last photo); I hand stitched two spots where the stitches had come out entirely (circled) but the rest is still loose.
