Vintage Art Deco 1930's Sterling Enamel Marcasite Bracelet

Art Deco is both a style and an era. This bracelet is from the era. The craftsmanship on this bracelet is amazing. This would have been entirely made by hand. If you check the way the sterling plaques are cut they are all a bit different. These were not cut by machinery but by hand. Clearly marked sterling on the clasp but I do believe this bracelet may have a rhodium finish because it never tarnishes. The enamel is very good with none missing however the marcasites are not .One is totally missing and several are crushed but still sparkling in their settings. Not bad for nearly 100 years old! The bracelet has a wearable length of 6 1/2 inches. You could easily extend that by adding more jump rings if you choose to do so. I could not find anything comparable to this online so I'm sure they are fairly scarce. The other enamel bracelets I found from this era were several hundred dollars. Lots of work went into creating this bracelet and it has weathered the test of time.If you need more pictures or have a question please do not hesistate to ask.
