Eliza J Vintage Women's Dress size 12 Pretty Cobalt Blue with gold-toned hardware. Sleeveless, shift dress with zipper closure in back. The belt is adjustable at the waist in the middle, with a buckle. There are a couple of pleats below the waist. There is a sewn-in liner. 72% Rayon, 24% Nylon, and 4% Spandex. The lining is 100% Polyester. Dry clean. Very nice pre-owned condition with no flaws such as stains, tears, holes, etc. Mild pilling near the arms (shown in the last photo).
