1915 - 1920 Art Deco authentic handmade evening glass bead bag, hand crafted in Germany during the early 20th century. This bag is in remarkable, museum-quality condition. It features a solid 800 silver frame by the renowned silversmith Wilhelm Binder and is meticulously hand-beaded with in Tiffany blue glass seed beads in a vibrant geometric floral pattern. Extremely rare, one of a kind, very unique - be original. By Silver smith & designer Wilhelm Binder (Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany). • Hallmarks: Stamped with the German national mark (Crescent Moon and Imperial Crown), the "800" purity mark, and the Binder maker’s shield. • Design: A classic Art Deco "stepped" geometric frame with a heavy, secure kiss-lock clasp and original chain handle. The silver has a beautiful natural patina. Beadwork & Body: • Condition: Excellent.
