80’s Vintage Black With Colorful Sequins Silk Top Size M New Year’s Party Retro

80’s vintage! No shoulder pads though ☹️🤣. Make a statement with this piece! Great for parties! The tag says lined with silk, but I think it might be the other way around. The beading is on the 100% black silk and it is lined with polyester. But I’m not sure. When in doubt, refer to the tag. There are some sequins missing from the right shoulder. I have included pictures of this flaw.
