Handmade/reworked one of a kind floral cardigan

The cutest handmade/reworked one of a kind sweatshirt. Made from a super soft fleece lined dusty blue crewneck, in excellent condition. Previous owner turned it into a cardigan with unique flower cutouts backed with pastel ditsy floral fabric. Also has flower cutouts on the sleeve cuffs.
